The municipality offers scholarships to university students once a year, with an application period of about 2 months. During this time, students upload numerous documents, and 250 employees manually review the documents for hundreds of thousands of students, leading to a lengthy and error-prone process.
SOLUTION:
Linktera Robotics deployed UiPath robots to automate the document review process. The robots process millions of documents, accurately identifying eligible students and completing checks that employees might miss.
OUTCOME:
The automation resulted in a manpower gain equivalent to 42 headcounts, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy in the scholarship application process.
